Through InPost International, we ship orders from Poland to the following European countries:

Depending on the destination country and the availability of a particular service, international shipments may be delivered to a parcel locker, collection point or directly to the recipient's address by courier.
Courier delivery directly to the recipient's address is also available for international orders. The availability of a particular service may depend on the exact delivery address, destination country and parcel parameters.

The delivery times above are estimates and refer to the transportation time starting from the next business day after the shipment is dispatched. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, selected delivery method and the carrier's operational circumstances.
Please note that the time required to prepare your order for dispatch should be added to the estimated transit time.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country, selected delivery method and parcel parameters, including its dimensions and weight.
For deliveries to parcel lockers or collection points, the shipping price may be determined based on the selected service and destination country.
For courier delivery directly to the recipient's address, the shipping cost may depend on the exact delivery address. Therefore, the courier shipping price may not be a fixed rate for the entire country and may need to be calculated based on the recipient's full address.
If the exact courier shipping cost cannot be calculated automatically during checkout, we will contact the customer to confirm the shipping cost before dispatching the order.
Order processing
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Poland.
Orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed. We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, where tracking is available for the selected delivery method.
Shipment tracking
Shipments that include tracking are assigned an individual tracking number.
You can use this number to check the current status of your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.
Delivery address
Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details provided when placing your order are correct and complete.
For courier deliveries, providing a complete and accurate address is particularly important, as it may affect the availability of the service and the final shipping cost.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays or the return of the shipment to the sender.
